GrimmSpeed High-Lift Hood Struts, 2015-2026 WRX & 2015-2021 STi

Let's face it - the OEM hood struts on the 15+ WRX/STI are an awesome feature, but they still leave a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is that they prevent your hood from opening far enough to allow adequate space for working and lighting fully see everything in your engine bay. Our High-Lift Hood Struts are the number 1 solution to this issue.
With the use and exposure that a hood strut kit will see on a regular basis, material selection and finishing options are critically important. The key component is the struts themselves. Manufactured in the USA, these are of the highest quality and are used by OEMs around the world. These struts are perfectly valved to match the weight of the VA and VB chassis' hoods and feature a quick-release ball and socket mounting so they directly replace the factory struts.
