Here, you are looking at the Cusco oil pan baffle plate kit.
This baffle prevents engine oil from becoming uneven in the oil pan due to lateral Gs acceleration and deceleration during circuit driving and prevents engine trouble due to poor oil suction.
The baffle is equipped with a check valve made of heat-resistant rubber that has a proven track record in races, etc., it prevents the oil that has flowed down into the oil pan from jumping up.
