While the OEM plastic version provides a sufficient buffer for regular street driving conditions, the Rally X Skid Plate provides a solid shield against rocky roads, churned up trails, ice chunks and debris, allowing you to take on the rally course or the trail without the worry of cracking an oil pan or crushing a header. The IAG Rally X Skid Plate is constructed from a single, solid piece of 3/16" thick 5052 aluminum. Known for its strength and high corrosion resistance, 5052 aluminum is also lightweight, making it a perfect match for racing applications.
